We'll meet 3 times over the course of a month to give you the skills and knowledge you need to get started.
1 Nutrition Assessment and 2 follow ups occurring every 2 weeks.
Extensive review of food and symptoms, dietary analysis, and coordination of care with relevant health professionals.

**1 Month Package + PLUS ($355):**
Everything included in the 1 month plan, plus additional support with meal planning and recipes. You'll get 4 weeks of access to meal plans and a recipe database custom tailored to your unique nutrient needs.

**PLUS:** 4 Weeks of individualized meal plans

This gives us time to help troubleshoot any challenges that may come up, and work through bigger concerns.

This package provides an extended 3 months of meal plan and recipe support, and we'll also personalize your nutrition care through a genetic test called Nutrigenomix.
Nutrigenomix allows us to see specific variations in your genes that may impact how you respond to different food, beverages, and supplements, allowing us to further personalized your care plan to better reach your goals.

Not ready to commit to a package, or want to add on services after finishing a package? That’s OK! Individual session prices and add-on services are as follows:

Individual Nutrition Assessment $135
An initial visit includes a comprehensive nutrition assessment, nutrition education, goal setting, individualized nutrition care plan, and tailored nutrition resources.

Follow-Up Nutrition Counselling $80
Regular follow-up visits help to sustain and build healthy change. During the follow-up, we will check in on goals, address barriers, review records and symptoms, and provide additional necessary education and support.

4 Week Meal Planning Add-On $110
Following any nutrition assessment or package, meal plans can be added on to help provide guidance and inspiration.

Nutrigenomix - Nutritional Genetic Testing with Review Session $590
Nutrition genetic testing for 77 different genes - giving you deep insight into how your genetic coding may impact different aspects of your health, such as your ability to metabolize certain nutrients, MTHFR mutations, how your body reacts to caffeine, lactose, activity, and more. We are able to use these results to help personalize your health and wellness plan during an included 45 minute review session. Click here to see a sample report.

In Nova Scotia, all insurance companies offer Dietitian services as a reimbursable benefit. Check with your provider to see if your employer has you covered. Please note that direct billing may be available for individual sessions and services, but is not currently available for packages. However, you can be provided with receipts to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider for any package services.

Sliding scale pricing is available for virtual appointments by request.
