6 weeks of self-paced content.

You’ll have 12 weeks to take your time working through the 6 modules. Each week will include video lessons, handouts, worksheets, and more.

This is a weight-neutral, non-diet course. We will focus on all the things that can have an impact on your PCOS, and none of what doesn’t. While we will chat about some of the more popular ‘diet’ approaches for PCOS, I’ll also tell you why I don’t recommend most of them, and what to do instead.

Module 1: What is PCOS

We’ll spend this week looking at all the things your doctor never told you about PCOS - what it actually is, how it’s diagnosed, what is actually happening in your body, and the main causes of PCOS. We will also chat about some important lab-work to get done on a regular basis.

Module 2: Blood Sugars, Insulin Resistance, and Mindful Eating.

In week 2, we will start getting into the nitty-gritty of nutrition changes that can have a massive impact on your hormone health. We’ll look at how and when to eat, what to include at meals, and the fundamentals you need to know to keep your blood sugars stable.

Because cravings are also a common side effect of PCOS, we’re also chatting about how to manage these cravings, ways to reduce them, and how to incorporate mindful eating into your routine.

Module 3: Fats, Inflammation, and Fad Diets

Week 3 will focus on inflammation, a common issue in those with PCOS. We will look a the difference between acute and chronic inflammation, how to manage chronic inflammation, and how nutrition can help or hinder inflammation. We’ll also do a dive into different types of fats and what you should include more of in your diet.

Finally, we’ll take a look a different popular diets and chat a bit about the evidence (or lack there of) of following them for PCOS, as well as any risks you should be aware of. I’ll give you my recommendations on what might be worth your time and effort, and what you can swipe past.

Module 4: Gut Health

Did you know that digestive concerns are actually more common in PCOS, and if your digestion isn’t on point, it may be making your PCOS symptoms worse? In this week’s module we will look at the link between gut health and PCOS, and what you can do about it!

Module 5: Hormones and Menstruation

You’ve got more options that just taking birth control if you’re periods aren’t regular! In this module we will have a look at what it actually means to have a normal cycle, how this tends to be different in PCOS, and how to track your cycle so that you have a better idea of whats going on with your body month to month and what to do about it.

Module 6: Stress, Mental Health, Sleep, Supplements, and Activity

In the final week we will look at the other aspects of your day to day life that are important for building that strong foundation for your health. We’ll have a look at the impact of PCOS on your mental health and vice versa, how sleep impacts your hormones, and what we can do to help both of these concerns.

Because I know you’re asking about it - we will also have a look at all the common supplements that are used in PCOS and I’ll give you a play by play on which ones are actually worth your time and money. Finally, we’ll look at activity and PCOS, and how to incorporate movement that you actually enjoy.
